Go to your nearest polyclinic and get a referral letter to IMH.

This will qualify you to be a subsidised patient for future appointments.

Young persons between ages of 16-30 can utilise CHAT services to obtain counselling and referral to IMH and/or support services.

You may go direct to IMH to avoid the hassle of referrals.
