subsidised route - polyclinic referral
Go to your nearest polyclinic and get a referral letter to IMH.
This will qualify you to be a subsidised patient for future appointments.

Young persons between ages of 16-30 can utilise CHAT services to obtain counselling and referral to IMH and/or support services.

Approx cost: Free (for initial assessment)
private route - direct to imh
You may go direct to IMH to avoid the hassle of referrals.

Approx cost: $100-150/visit
Alternatively, you may consider walking in to their 24-hour Psychiatry Emergency Department.
